The anticipation of the space marine release has caused games workshops website to stop responding. The site was loading slowly until around 12:10am when it stopped responding altogether. Customers are greeted with a blank screen and the hour glass or loading symbol. On the two occasions I did manage to load the page the preorders had not been made available as yet, although pictures of the new models where featured on the site.

Some other independent retailers have now gone to press. Per ordered space marines will be shipped for the 7th September.
