Today’s Picture: Heresy Vanguard Veteran Squad

These Vanguard Veterans are made from a mix of different GW and Forge World sets. Ben almost completed these some time ago but still regards them as unfinished due to the missing Chapter markings. Ben also points out the Grey Knight model is armed with a Storm Bolter which isn’t very codex. I think they look great just the way they are. I have alway liked the limited edition Forge World boarding marine but really like the model the looks like it’s taking off, Ben informs me it’s a standard Assault Marine with parts from the venerable dreadnought kit.

How to make Cheap Wargamming Hills

Watch Mel almost slice his figures off, and them marvel at how simple it is to make cheap gaming hills. Ever wondered why GW stopped selling them? No it’s not because they are so easy to make yourself. I suspect it’s because they don’t suit the GW game boards.
