The Eldar pics are here! June 2013 White Dwarf leaked!

It’s painful not to be able to post the pictures here, but as our sponsors have asked us not to post pictures from White Dwarf I can’t show you the leaked images.

What I can say is the the codex cover is a picture of a Farseer.

The Wraith Knight looks Awesome. A bit like a small Eldar Titan without the wings and with arms like a Wraith Lord. I can’t wait to order mine.

The Flyer is a lot like the the dark Eldar flyer.

In a surpise move GW will also be releasing an extra book  for the Iyanden Craft World, this contains extra missions art work and background.

The pictures are all over well know bloging networks.

Today’s Picture: The Rock by Mike McVey

Grand Master Azeael of the Dark Angels in the Chapter’s Fortress Monastery. It looks to me like a member of the fallen is about to have their judgement past.

The Rock, Grand Master Azrael in the Dark Angels Fortress Monastery

Grand Master Azeael

This is one of those bits of Warhammer 40000 history that still send’s shivers down my spine. I can still remember seeing this and just being amazed.

The Stain Glass windows were awe striking and the detail on the vault or prison door is just incredibly uniform, given the pistons are probably nothing but pipe cleaners and straws.

For it’s time is was just outstanding. You have to remember this is totally made from scratch  There where no Gothic ruins to borrow parts from in 1995.

This was part of the Dark Angels exhibit at Warhammer World in March 2013. You may still be lucky enough to find this part of the display is still in one of the many cabinets around the Warhammer World museum.

Where are the New Eldar pictures?

It’s now less than 10 days until the new Eldar release is meant to be available for  advance order and there have been very few leaks, or white dwarf photos. You can also still buy the Eldar codex from the GW website. Normally this disappears weeks before the release. Might GW have pulled the biggest fast one yet. Getting Feitit 212 off the air appears to have sucked the rumour mill almost dry. There has been spattering about longer range for Shrurikans, point reductions and new plastic models, but this is all pretty vague.  Point reductions and new plastic models happens with nearly every release.  Of course Gary Natfka knows all, but is remaining tight lipped. It appears GW have finally nailed the rumour mill shut.

For now, tomorrow is a new day
