Necrons and scenery on parade

Here is an entry from Games day 2013, Armies on parade or should that be scenery on parade? Don’t get me wrong the scenery is very impressive and must have taken this person a very long time to construct and paint but I do feel the person who entered it has forgotten the purpose of the competition or maybe I have missed the purpose of the entry and I’m actually suppose to be finding Wally but with this years lighting at Games day I would have been looking all day.

Joking aside The painting on this entry was very good and must have taken hours and hours! The battle barge actually doing what its name sake suggests and barging it’s way into the Imperial building is a very nice touch I just hope they knocked first.

Here we have an entry from Armies on parade from Games day 2013.this nicely painted plague ridden army of Nurgle is made up from both the Chaos Space marine list and the Chaos Daemons list.

The army is lead by Typhus and a forge world Greater Daemon of Nurgle the Great Unclean one, accompanying them is a squad of Chaos marines in a Rhino and also a Daemon prince as seen above.

Below the tower is a second Greater Daemon of Nurgle leading a horde of Nurglings

Just in front of the previous picture is a Daemon prince leading another squad of Chaos Space Marines.

House rules

After looking at this picture from Games day 2013 Golden demon. I Started wondering about trying to make some house rules up for transporting extra models on things like Rough terrain modifications or Dozer blades.

Here is an Army entered into the Games days 2013 Armies on Parade.

The centre piece of this army is a rather large and intimidating Hierophant Bio-Titan. The army appears to be lead by a Swarm Lord and or a Tervigon pictured below
